Warli at the Harley

Paintings by Ramesh Hengadi made whilst on residency at The Harley Foundation

An exhibition at The Harley Gallery that concluded the final HAT: Here and There residency programme, this focused on work that reflected the two artists' reactions to living for two months on the Welbeck Estate in Nottinghamshire. The paintings that Ramesh Hengadi and Arvind Ghosalkar presented were an illustration of the ways in which their traditional iconography absorbed new sights and narratives. The exhibition was a complete sellout.
