Craft Northern Ireland
Having worked with its Board and Arts Council Northern Ireland on the development of its business plan, AFL were contracted to undertake formative evaluation over a two year period, working closely with the Director and staff through the pilot phase. An assessment of the impact of CNI and recommendations on its future structure were presented to the Board in October 2007.
