An 18 month contract to undertake formative evaluation of a pilot programme in the East Midlands that brings makers and museums together through the commissioning of new work, prior to roll-out into three other regions in 2008. (completed June 2007)

Craft Northern Ireland
Having worked with its Board and Arts Council Northern Ireland on the development of its Business Plan, AFL were contracted to undertake formative evaluation over a two year period, working closely with the Director and staff through its pilot phase. An assessment of the impact of CNI and recommendations on its future structure and activity will be presented to the board in October 2007.

An evaluative review of the first four years of a national business development scheme for graduate designer-makers run by the Crafts Council. Completed 2004.
